Your schedule of individual Capitol Hill meetings will be distributed upon your arrival at the Fly-In. Due to ever-changing congressional schedules, our Government Relations Office will be adjusting itineraries right up until your arrival, but we will do our best to schedule meetings with your priority House and Senate offices.

Please note: It’s best if you schedule your departure on Wednesday, May 1st. We try to avoid any last-minute Hill meeting cancellations, as they will hinder our ability to schedule future meetings with those Members of Congress.
